These terms apply to all services provided by Advertised By You (“I,” “me,” “my”), operated by Daniel Newham, based in Cornwall, UK. By visiting the website, enquiring, booking, or using any service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services
Advertised By You provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design and development, landing pages, Google Ads, Meta Ads, brand and print design, AI search optimisation (GEO), and marketing audits. The exact scope of work for any project will be agreed in writing (email or messaging) before work begins.

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Prices may be adjusted if the scope of a project changes significantly after work has begun. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and agreed before additional charges apply.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis and agreed before a project begins. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you wish to cancel a project after work has already begun, you will be charged for the work completed up to that point, calculated on a fair and reasonable basis.
• Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time already committed to your project.
• If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
• Either party has the right to cancel a project.

5. Revisions & Approval
Projects include an agreed number of revision rounds as part of the process. Additional revisions beyond what’s agreed may incur an extra charge, which will be communicated before proceeding.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered work (e.g. website, designs, logos) transfers to the client. Any draft or unapproved concepts remain the property of Advertised By You and may not be used without full payment.

7. Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery of projects depends on clients providing necessary information, content, and feedback promptly. Delays caused by late client responses may affect agreed timelines.

8. Referral Programme

• Referrers receive a unique referral code after submitting the referral form.
• The referred business must provide this code when enquiring or booking to qualify for their discount.
• The referrer receives their reward only once the referred project is confirmed and paid for.
• The reward applies only to the specific project the referral code was used for and is capped at £100. Any additional or recurring services taken on later (such as ongoing ad management) or any upsells are not covered by the referral reward.
• Referral codes cannot be used to refer yourself, a business you own, or a family member living at the same address.
• There is no limit to the number of successful referrals you can make.
• Advertised By You reserves the right to decline a reward if a referral does not meet these terms.

9. Liability
While every effort is made to deliver effective marketing results, Advertised By You cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., enquiries, sales, rankings, or ad performance), as these depend on factors outside direct control, including market conditions and third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).

10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your enquiry or booking applies.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
